This position is located in remotely (within the Bay Area, CA). We are flexible provided you are open to traveling to physician office locations as needed.

About Your Work
As the Practice Outreach Coordinator you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to systematically measure access and collect actionable data from provider offices for our Physician Relations team. This information will support the team in driving improved quality scores and improving access to care. You will focus on:
  • Conducting outbound calls to primary care physician and certain specialist’s offices to collect data on appointment availability for both routine and urgent visits
  • Consolidating findings into actionable data in Excel
  • Communicate findings to Physician Relations Director for distribution to other stakeholders including quality contracting
  • Support data collection needs for project plans created by Physician Relations team
  • Conduct regular follow up with offices that are determined to have access concerns
  • Other duties as assigned
The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong data entry skills

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
